In circuit court yesterday, cases were heard and new suits filed. The court ordered partition of the late Henry Heldt real estate in Clay township. Plaintiff Christena Heldt was found entitled to one third of the land in dispute.

His grandson Rev W E Harlow of Parsons Kansas state evangelist of the Christian church in Kansas spoke in the afternoon. The reunion brought together families and friends.
