Real estate sold Saturday at the sheriff s sale from the court house steps. Twenty acre farm in Jackson township foreclosed vendors lien held by Nona Anderson against Perry Anderson with Nona Anderson as purchaser. House and two Hartsville lots owned by James Lindley sold to Ian Graham for 200 dollars. Judgment: Sherman Bline purchased for 200 dollars.
The Indiana Supreme Court ruled in favor of Patrick H. Sweeney in the Marion Childers suit against Sweeney and the First National Bank of Jeffersonville over ownership of five Breath County bonds held by the bank as trustee. The case, tried in New Albany on venue change and appealed by Childers, affirmed previous rulings and outlined demurrer and contract interpretation standards.
Sunday evening at 5 o'clock a fine girl baby was born to E. A. Biddle and his wife. Dr. Voris was the attending physician.
