Warrants issued for Dr J L Stevenson and Samuel Fuller leaders of the Christian Scientists in Jackson township Roxomo Ind charging them with manslaughter in the deaths of a child and Fuller’s wife who died from typhoid fever after refusing medical care.

John R Winnedge of Hope collapsed while walking with George Schaffer. He was loaded into a Big 4 express wagon by Yur McCray, rushed to the city hospital, and died en route. Coroner Coffee listed heart trouble as the cause. Funeral arrangements set by Undertaker Spaugh.
