In Houston Texas on April 30 a mob of Black and white residents lynched seven suspects after a brutal flames and blood trail linked to the murder and arson in Walters County. The attackers claimed to have exposed the killers Louis Thomas Aaron Thomas and six others. The victims included an old man Henry Daniels his stepdaughter Marie and a seven year old child. The mob overtook guards and hanged the seven at a large oak tree leaving six bodies while one suspect Williams remained at large.
