In Torrens Kansas on Tuesday a burglar who shot Hon A T Rodgers and his wife was captured by police and later lynched by a mob at a telegraph pole near Sixth Street and Kansas Avenue. Mrs Rodgers died of wounds. Rodgers died that night.
