Scout Party Ambushed Near Subig In Philippines

She has abstained from all food for fifteen days, remains in bed with eyes closed and lips sealed while neighbors are called to touch her hands. Doctors warn the fast may prove fatal. Authorities are asked to compel nourishment.

Three men escape Indiana reformatory in Jeffersonville

James Claybourn Willis Edwards and James Connors escaped from the Indiana reformatory at Jeffersonville Tuesday morning. They were quar tered in a store room and, breaking out of the door, sealed the walls. Rewards have been offered for their capture.
