Blind housekeeper found murdered in Chicago with valuables disturbed

Cora S. Henderson, a blind housekeeper for J W Holtslander at 1385 Madison street, was found dead Sunday. A blood stained hammer crushed her head on a window sill and a bundle of valuables was gathered in another room. Holtslander was arrested pending investigation. Des Moines Iowa Feb 27 Col A Le Conger died at 11 pm after a paralysis stroke. He moved from Akron Ohio a year ago and founded an osteopathy college. He served eight years on the Republican National Committee from Ohio and held several terms in Congress. He was about 70.
