In New York on February 22 Prof Pupin of Columbia photographed a lawyer’s right hand after a gun cleaning accident. The X ray revealed 40 embedded bullets with the hand flesh barely visible, a subsequent mishap spoiled the plate, and a re-shot is planned.
Wells County reports multiple oil wells with output ranging from 10 to 210 barrels. Zeigler's No 9 on the Dickason farm produces 10 barrels, I Pyles No 8 on J Minnick's farm 25 barrels, and several others including Cave Oil Co No 2 on George Ky's farm 100 barrels and Northern Indiana Oil Co No 2 on the Glendenning farm 44 barrels.
