Washington February 13 The Hawaiian minister Thurston received word that by January 30 the Honolulu court martial had rendered 22 decisions. Capital sentences were given to Wilcox Nowlein Bertleman Gulick W H Rickard and W T Seward. Other convicts received varying terms up to life imprisonment for Walker and 5 20 and 10 year terms for others. President Dole must approve or disapprove. The court is led by Austin Whitin former attorney general and Honolulu circuit judge. Thurston also confirmed the Walburg ship from San Francisco which brought arms used by insurrectionists. The government has captured over 300 of the 1000 arms contracted for.
