Harrisburg Pa February 2 The Pennsylvania state capitol burned rapidly destroying the legislature meeting place and roof and forcing adjournment. The fire, blamed on slow volunteer responders, consumed the dome and house and senate chambers with injuries to several and insurance on contractor at seventy thousand dollars.
