United States and Mexican troops mobilize to suppress Catarina Garza's border revolt. Gen. Stanley in Texas orders pursuit to curb revolts and enforce neutrality laws. Reported 10,000 Mexican troops massed in Amarl i Pas, Nuevo Leon, Coahuila with Garza recruiting at Casa Blanca, Tex.
