Plush garments, two plush Modjeskas and three plush sacques priced to move before stock runs out.
Johnstown Pennsylvania reports a deadly fire panic at the Parke Opera House after a stable blaze nearby. Fourteen people die in a crush at the exit and seventy five are injured as over 600 spectators rushed to flee Uncle Tom's Cabin.
Dispatches from Loxpros report Brazil at peace and government trusted. In Detroit a prominent banker’s wife is found dead in bed, self-inflicted chloroform possibly involved. An assignment may be made for the firm’s finances, with liabilities pegged at 200 000 dollars.

Each resident Indian will receive 160 acres after allotments.
Dec 12 near Shoals Indiana Tilgman McDermed a schoolteacher and his wife died crossing White River in a small canoe after losing control in high water. They resided about twelve miles north of Shoals. The tragedy follows a recent marriage for Mrs McDermed and notes his years as a popular county teacher.
