Rainey presses for franchise before city board
In Maury county, Rainey and partners push for a Nashville and Columbia Interurban franchise. They claim strong Maury county capital, readiness to start, and belief the line will be self supporting. The board considers bonds, timing, and non exclusivity while delays by rival firm trigger caution. Further city business includes alarms, repairs, and appointments.

Keep flocks separated, inform buyers of surplus, and consider buying stock in December for spring sales. The Agriculture Department notes over 500 million dollars in poultry product value last year.
