ST GEORGE The Southwestern Utah Arts Council elected a new presidency and expanded its board from 12 to 15 members. Amin frees Americans to leave Uganda amid détente gesture
Uganda President Idi Amin announced that all Americans were free to travel to Uganda or leave the country in a move to improve ties with the United States.
