Iron Citizens Committee formed to challenge county garbage action
Cedar City Utah. A citizen elected committee named Iron Citizens Committee met Tuesday night selecting officers Rodney Brady as Chairman Wade Helms as Vice Chairman Kay Nielson as Secretary and outlining objectives. They seek to test the legality of Utah Code 17 34 used to impose garbage collection and to determine if civil rights were violated by the district.
