Californian charged with arson in Cedar City blaze
California man Gregory Owenby, 24, of Carlsbad, was arrested and charged with aggravated arson in connection with a warehouse fire in Cedar City. He appeared before Judge Haldon E Christensen, held on 10000 dollars bail, after turning himself in Tuesday evening. Firefighters and a Forest Service plane fought the blaze for about three hours. Damages were estimated around 200000 dollars. The investigation by local and state agencies was nearing completion.
