Born October 1860 in Lugho Italy, he moved to Diamondville seventeen years ago and built a prominent local business. Funeral services were held at St Patrick's Church Kemmerer with many attendees from across the region. He leaves a wife two sons two daughters and a brother in Sunrise Wyoming.

Last Wednesday evening the Rt. Rev. Bishop Thomas led the Episcopal Mission Confirmation Class in a memorable service. A scholarly sermon followed by a reception at Mrs J G Reynolds home honored the Bishop and Mrs Thomas with gracious hospitality and praise for the mission Guild. A dinner at Mr and Mrs Ben H Smalley’s residence concluded the events with ten covers and an excellent elaborate menu. The Bishop and Mrs Thomas departed on the Midnight train after their visit to Cokeville.
