Trustees Consider Piano and Heating for Park Beach Hall

At the annual Park Beach Trustees meeting R V Plunkett asked for a hall piano to boost use amid rising cabarets. Milton pressed for heating appliances and other amenities. Plunkett noted cabaret organisers hire a piano adding about £4 for cartage and hire. Milton pointed to no heating and offered to build a shed for coppers if timber provided. Finance shortages delayed a decision.
