W S Sutton senior biologist from the Department of Agriculture told growers that a five to six year rotation should be used to prevent disease spread. He noted moving from high to low ground risks contamination and supported steam sterilisation as a precaution though costly.
Presentations marked the Sunday School annual prize giving at Upper Orara Church of England with efficiency and merit prizes for Kindergarten Junior and Senior sections.
