The Coeur d'Alene Prolertirw Or der of Hage Rimyiares locates GW ales treasurer after he absconds with $26 of union funds. Sales, hired to secure vaudeville entertainment, signs with Cirrus and Bella Fiota shows, then vanishes with treasury money, causing last night’s Star theater show to fail. Promotion and fair ground plans proceed with citywide cooperation and stock sales. Water consumers receive lawn sprinkler rules for 1908 with permit requirement and penalties.
The Coeur d Alene vaudeville show is set for May 18 with moving pictures illustrated songs and three specialty acts. W L AFayette and Hal Shadduck will travel to Spokane to arrange equipment and recruit players while a rental contract secures the auditorium for opening night. The program will change three times a week and promoters aim for a first class up to date presentation for patrons.
