Real estate transfers issued by Cogur d Alene Abstract and Title Guarantee Co list numerous deeds in Kootenai County. Transfers involve Byron R Lewis Lumber Co, BR Lewis Lumber Co, G L Fitzsimmons et ux, Henry Glaapool et al to Amelia P Christiansen, Donald A Kennedy, Anna Terhune, W H Loper et ux, Patrick Devine et ux, and others across townships 50 4 and 48 via numerous parcels and tracts including timber and lumber interests. Deputy Sheriff Sutherland received a court order to seize twelve slot machines in Wallace. The devices are to be taken July 25 between 1 and 4 pm and destroyed unless the matter is appealed to a higher court.
Mrs Wate Wade files for divorce in St Martin, charging Thome A Wade with repeated cruelty since 1995. She alleges desertion last November and harassment while they lived apart, including denied water and failure to aid during illness after childbirth. Attorney Karl Bandera represents Mrs Wade in the district court at Rethdrom.
The Michigan club meetings and Spokane excursion involve eight clubs from eastern and western states. A committee organized events at Black & Verette offices, with plans for park visits, sightseeing, a Coward Alene band, a pavilion orchestra, and a dance ball.
