George W. Hunt, for many years a leading figure in railroad construction in the northwest, died today at his home in Portland. He remodeled the building formerly occupied by the Kentucky Aigner store into confectionery and bee orram parlor. An excellent program will be presented this evening and the place aims to become a popular resort in the city.
Captain Francis Healy, veteran of the Fourth Cavalry and later a U S Army officer, died February 23 after illness following duty in Cuba and the Philippines. Born in Vancouver Washington November 11 18__, he served under General Lawton and McKinley era commands, sought burial with military honors at a National Cemetery. Healy had requested Catholic rites and a burial with military honors if unable to recover.
