The doors will be opened on Tuesday to showcase the largest clothing sale ever held in Coeur d Alene. The entire stock will be displayed on front tables with plain price figures. Mr Bjorklund arranged the bargain event to offer startling low prices, promising the best clothing for the least money in town.
A cluttered notice lists upcoming entertainment at the Lyric and Majestic theatres. It promotes Lion Leopard Queen style shows, a novelty education event, vaudeville acts, and a comedy bill with Two Ama aura. Also advertised are a grand ball, dancing, and an orchestral act, plus local business ads and a water works testimony event in town.
A large crowd enjoyed a lively evening at the Blackwell pavilion under the auspices of the Commercial Club. Justice of the Peace M das and E Resell demand all persons indebted to the under god to appear at the office in the Holton building and settle accounts by January 15 1820. After that date all balances will be turned over to attorneys for collection.
Cincinnati dispatch reports a settlement to the dispute between Big Four railway telegraph operators and officials. Authorities proposed a plan to be adopted by the operators, ending the walkout today and restoring normal service.
