150000th Ferguson Tractor Milestone at Coventry Factory

The 150 000th Ferguson tractor built by Standard Motor Co Ltd for Harry Ferguson Ltd rolled off the Coventry assembly line. Since August 1946 the first tractor was delivered, Ferguson’s UK market share stands at 51.5 percent with 86 087 exported. World share since 1996 is 45.5 percent. Production is expected to reach 300 per day before Christmas 1951.
