Cobram Court Hears Drunk and Disturbing Driving Case

In Cobram Court of Petty Sessions Judge M Cormack and Edwards J heard John Sons charged with drunk and disorderly conduct at Cobram on March 6 and fined in default 24 hours. John Joseph Casey faced charges of driving under influence and resisting arrest at Strathmerton on March 5. claims included a motor van incident at the public hall and a struggle at the police station. Case dismissed on first charge. Casey fined £1 and three months imprisonment on the second after conflicting testimony.
