Personal note on Cobram residents and hospital progress

Mr Fred Lummas of Cobram undergoes a major operation at Mooroopna hospital and is progressing satisfactorily. Betty Normington of Brunswick holidays in Cobram with her aunt Mrs A Marxson. Miss Mary Cullen of St Incon Ravin Melrath is on the nursing staff. Vern Benjamin, Cobram manager for Dennys Lascelles, leaves for Siarecoog to join a branch. Mr R Hobson of Melbourne, manager at Yarrawonga for 18 months, will replace Benjamin at Cobram.
