Tolbert Noel Walker was charged at Cobram Court of Petty Sessions with illegally using a motor vehicle taken from in front of the Mechanics Hall Cobram on New Year’s Eve and later found damaged near Berrigan. He was sentenced to one month imprisonment suspended on a 12 month good behavior bond and abstinence from alcohol, plus costs of £4 10s.
