Postoffice Robbed at Tilden Indiana by Safe Blowers
The Tilden postoffice northeast of Danville was entered early Monday by safe blowers. They extracted about £150 in stamps from the vault and small safe. Four explosions were heard. two men were sighted near the building. The burglars fled to a nearby corn field leaving 50 cents of stamps and a banana behind.
