Funeral for Wm Wallace Held at Baptist Church
Funeral services for William Wallace, a 61 year old soldier, were held Sunday at the Baptist church with Rev. Sherrill of Danville officiating. Decoration Day observances at the Christian church drew a large crowd. Local residents, visitors from Indianapolis and nearby towns, and several families were mentioned in seeking updates and attending services. The community also noted a Belleville baseball score of 10 to 7 and upcoming Children's Day observances.
