NWS Honors Elsie Phillips for 45 Years of Observation

The National Weather Service in Fort Worth awards Elsie Lee Phillips of Crawfills Gap the Dick Hagemeyer Award for 45 years of service in the Cooperative Observation Program. Lyons celebrates 90 birthday at American Legion

A surprise 90th birthday party for J. C. Lyons was hosted by family and friends at the American Legion on Saturday September 25 with about 100 attendees.
