Miss Bessie Nelson Dies of Typhoid in Waco
Miss Bessie Nelson seventeen daughter of A Nelson of this city died in a Waco sanitarium after a two week typhoid illness. She had worked in a local department store before falling ill. Her body was shipped home by Santa Fe with High School students meeting it at the depot. Funeral services were held at the Scandinavian Lutheran Church led by Rev Theo Lerud with interment at Clifton Cemetery. The Record extends sympathy to the family.
