Awards included 1st Senior Boar 1st and 2nd Junior Sons 4th 5th and 6th Senior Sow 2nd 2nd and 3rd January February and March Sows Get of Lire and a third place January Sow raised by Mr Mandoiza.
Funeral services for Gus A. Hoel 79 of Clifton were conducted at Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. Erwin Knitt and assisting ministers led the service with L. B. Vance as soloist singing Living for Jesus and Be Still My Soul. Burial followed at Norse Cemetery.
Retired U S Army intelligence expert Mor ris Antonoff of Killeen born in Russia and fluent in nine languages will address communism and life behind the iron curtain. The talk is set for Wednesday Oct 29 at 8 30 a m in Clifton High School auditorium with free admission.
