Clifton College students heard a talk on a sanctuary near Chattanooga Tennessee describing a historic region where rokee Indians roamed. The Amersonian Literary Society elected Irvin Taylor as president and Jack Abbe Catherine Esicksen Kenneth Treas John Austen as officers. Initiation and a welcome movie followed.
A room display showcased about twenty seven hobby examples. Peg, a mentor, won first prize for two pot holders. Darlene Prescher and Gwen won first with canned mars pot holders. Report notes a pleasant day in Waco with family visits and a supportive event atmosphere.
