C M Whitney Dies At Cayote In Bosque County
Charles Mason Whitney 78 died at home near Coyote Texas on Saturday September 27 after a long illness. Born in Sheboygan Wisconsin on June 1 1879 he moved to Texas at age two and spent his life in the Coyote community where he was active in church and civic life. He married Anna Warrington in 1904 and the couple lived on a farm three miles southeast of Coyote for 47 years. They had five children Nolan Homer Bernard Atma Wine Mabel and were longtime church members and trustees.
