Riskeri of Meridian stood out despite the loss as Clifton plans a return game in Meridian on Friday, November 22.
Hachuig and Stine Lar wed Tuesday evening November 12 1915 at 8 in Clifton Texas with Rev G B Kendall officiating. Ceremony held before autumn leaf altar, bridesmaid Evelyn Coker and best man E B Rachury assisted. Bride wore white crope suit trimmed in white with chrysanthemum bouquet. After ceremony couple left for a wedding trip to South Texas and will reside five miles north of Clifton. The Record joins friends in wishing them happiness. Weather note: dry enough to sow grain after few days fair weather.
A shower was given for Mrs Ludwig on Saturday afternoon November 6 at the home of Mrs D B Ludwig. Guests enjoyed a program and the gifts were passed around to the bride who received many tokens. Mrs Ludwig expressed thanks and best wishes for a happy married life.
