Childhood tales of Cave Creek throne and family revolt
A readable reminiscence recalls a Sunday outing with Pink Jet Watts and Sid Mason, a pretend kingdom on Cave Creek, prophecies of government downfall, a staged throne, pranks on a king-like figure, and a boy named Joe defending his homeland against imagined tyranny. The narrative weaves dreams, family guidance, and warnings about political talk.
