Galveston Texas May 19 A contract was awarded by the Gulf Colorado and Santa Fe to the Morey Faulhaber Construction Co of St. Louis for revising a large part of the line between Temple and Cleburne. The $90 000 budget appropriated for the Santa Fe in Texas covers the Pendleton Peach Orchard and Meridian Hills stretch. The contract runs on a four yearage basis with a total project value near $30 000 and work to start at once and finish within ninety days.
