Austin Texas May 11 Positive statement was made by Lee Satterwhite speaker of the House of the Thirty Ninth Legislature that there will not be a special session before next winter The speaker made the remark on the eve of his departure for his Amarillo home He has been in Austin since adjournment March 19 supervising the compilation of laws enacted in the recent regular session Mr Satterwhite and Mrs Satterwhite will depart Tuesday for home.
