Saturday afternoon March 8 the Mower show and lecture at the city auditorium Clifton sponsored by the feta Bela Chapter of Della Kappa Games Sorority drew a full house with attendees from Mammiton Gatesville Tem ley Belton Waco Hillsboro Mor Walnut Springs Meridian Mo Whitey Crantus Gap Val and Clifton. Earl White of Meridian introduced by Mrs E Morris president of the Beta Beta Chapter. The program displayed varied flower arrangements from Oriental and Georgian to modern with flowers and a decorative checkaround. White gave a brief history of flower arranging and shared display tips before creating several distinct compositions inviting guests to view and admire the pieces.
