Burglary at Schow Brothers Jewels Reported
Sunday night a burglar entered the rear of Schew Brothers store and stole about fifty plain rings and seventeen watches from the jewelry case, valued at 200 to 400 dollars. Sheriff Randall and local officers investigated, but clues were not disclosed. Palmer Anderson was in an accident near the Wortley residence when his horse bolted, throwing him and damaging a buggy. A horse and mule sale loss and other minor incidents are noted with unclear details.
