Governor Neff filed twelve legislative bills and resolutions with the secretary of state to become effective without his signature. Guests included Mr and Mrs Fielding Helm Mr and Mrs F Burroughs Mr and Mrs Robert I Baldridge and Mr and Mrs Priddy. The event celebrated Mr Priddy's thirtieth birthday with a delightful time and warm wishes for many more celebrations.
