Letters from Rev Thorson on mission work and China
A partially legible letter from Rev Thorson discusses sending finances and Christian literature to mission schools in China. It references Americ an church workers, Wilsonian policy, and concerns about moral awakening, plus notes on fundraising, travel, and the fate of letters sent to loved ones abroad. The text mentions China’s population, industrial vision, and the duty of American Christians to spread faith while avoiding material war.
