Clifton College Plans Expansion After National Lutheran Convention
J A Vrees and Prof Tyusen returned from St Paul Minn where they attended the National Convention of the Norwegian Lutheran Church. The seven day meeting drew thirteen hundred pastors and delegates. Clifton College was authorized to organize into Sunior College with liberal subsidy for two years. E A Moore of Clifton will teach next year holding a bachelor from Austin College and pursuing a Master’s at the University of Texas. Prof A Sronstad continues master studies at Texas.

Clifton HS Gets Higher State Credit Rating and Accolade
Austin Texas June 19 Governor Neff signed four measures paused in the Legislature and set them to take effect ninety days after adjournment. Clifton High School receives one and one half additional credits bringing total to nineteen and a half credits, English and advanced arithmetic. Clifton is now fully accredited in all subjects taught, a distinction highlighted by local officials and contrasted with Temple High School’s cited accreditation.
