Clifton Passes Dog and Cat Licensing Ordinance
Clifton drafts a strict animal control ordinance targeting dogs and cats. It outlines impoundment rules, fees, notice procedures, and possible destruction for unclaimed or dangerous animals. It also bans unspayed females on streets, requires muzzling for vicious animals, and grants police enforcement authority. Alderman Hoff discusses livestock limits and potential city grazing options.
