Waco Texas June 11 Car rying intoxicating liquor through the ten mile zone even for personal use and when not within ten miles of an army camp was held a violation by County Judge J P Alexander at the preliminary hearing of J H and H L Seay of Hillsboro bound over in 500 each to await the grand jury action. About eighteen others charged with the same offense waived preliminary hearing and bond fixed at 500 each.
