Stolen Tire Ring Bust Nets Fine For Belton Man
BELTON July 22 J W Hooks a Ranger businessman was fined 500 and jailed in county court after pleading guilty to rescuing and concealing five stolen tires and tubes. He allegedly paid 75 to two members of a car fund tire theft ring that was broken up by the Bell County sheriff department. The sheriff's office also recovered the tires from Hooks.
