Mrs Louie Larson Dies After Long Illness
Mrs Louie Larson dies Friday afternoon at home after a year of failing health. Born Hilda Shurley in Brandvold Norway on July 2, she emigrated with relatives to Texas at 14, later marrying Louie Larson on January 5, 1895. Survived by husband, son Almer in France, two sisters Mrs W D Miller and Mrs August Nelson, and other relatives. Funeral held Saturday noon at the Scandinavian Lutheran cemetery with Rev Theo Lerud officiating.
