In Waco Texas county court probate filed for the will of T J Jordan who died December 26 at his home. The estate is valued around 126000 and widow Lucy S Jordan named independent executrix. The joint will left all real and personal estate to the survivor and named the survivor as executor. Jordan had recently moved from Hico where he ran a lumber business.

Mr. Barnes, formerly of Cleveland, Ohio, acquired the Wieser interest and will serve as vice president of the Wowk for the coming year.
