Miss Lalla Lee Nelson became the bride of Wallace M Burns at Clifton Methodist Church at 7 20 p m on December. Rev F C Waddill officiated. The couple will reside in Smith Bend area. Nelson has served as a graduate nurse at Baptist Hospital in Waco.
Miss Fern Bronsted hosted Clifton High School seniors for a New Year Watch Party. Guests met at the Cliftex Theatre for Marie Galante, then moved to Peru’s home for quotes until midnight followed by refreshments and towel favors in Senior Clan colors.
