Washington Feb 14 The House asserts its right to initiate revenue legislation by returning the postal pay and rate bill to the Senate vote 225 to 188. Democrat Huddleston accuses a move to forestall postal notaries service while Connally says the Senate bill aims to raise revenue and is unconstitutional. John H Cooper seeks work with rubber industry notes after claim of experience in vulcanizing and a Bronx NY shop location.

Miss Lucille Ralet marries Dr Cornel C Brown at the home of Mr and Mrs W H Raley in Valley Mills. The ceremony features spring flowers and a Lohengrin hymn played as the couple exchange vows.
